Welcome back ghouls! This week we’re focusing on classic horror. As much as I love some of the modern day horror movies that have been released, my heart will always be with the classics (You’re my man, Freddy!). Today, I will be showing you some decorations, props, and costume accessories that you can make to commemorate some of the classic horror movies!
Recreate the classic shower scene with this Psycho office door
What better way to tell your guests they are welcome to use the commode than with this Bathroom murder scene?

Home is where the heart is….and apparently fingers. Friday the 13th Wreath
Help the kiddies feel like they wanna camp out with this Friday the 13th Camp scene (You can either make a Jason dummy, buy a mucho expensive Jason prop, or find a tall friend who is willing to stand still for hours just to jump out at unsuspecting victims!)
Create photo ops by making your own Camp Crystal Lake sign out of cardboard or foamboard, or just use it as a stand alone prop.
Recreate the creepiness of the scene in Nosferatu in which he is descending the stairs and all you can see is his shadow. Nosferatu window silhouette
Turn an ordinary Rubik’s Cube into a Hellraiser puzzlebox found on geeksofdoom.com

Freddy Krueger glove by Halloween All Year Round!!! (Be patient with this one, it doesn’t look like much at first but when he’s done it’s actually pretty cool looking!)

Stay scary nerds!
