Hello, Nerdlings! It’s time for another Nerdy Kidz Corner. Okay, I know what you’re thinking… but Jams… this is a kids segment… Deadpool is so not for kids! I’m gonna go ahead and agree that the Deadpool movie (which is coming out TONIGHT! SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!) is totally NOT for kids. However, he has appeared in kid friendly cartoons such as The Ultimate Spiderman. Kids don’t have to be aware of the swearing, violence, and other….adult content to be fans of Deadpool.
Aylah is a huge fan of making things out of Beados. If you haven’t heard of Beados, these are little beads that you place strategically on a template and then spray with water to set them in place. You can make many designs out of these, similar to the perlerbead sprites many people like to make.
Aside from Deadpool coming out, the 30th Anniversary of The Legend of Zelda is approaching! (Stay tuned for Zelda week the week of the 21st!). So Aylah and I made a few Beado crafts that we wanted to share with you on Nerdy Kidz Corner. Enjoy! Show us your own Beado creations!
