Directions
- Fill the Pyrex cup with 1 Cup of milk.
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice to the milk.
*Tip: If you don’t have a bottle of lemon juice and only have real lemons, cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice of one half. Juice from one half of a lemon is good for 2 Cups of Milk. |
- Using a spoon or chopstick, stir the milk and lemon juice together until it’s well combined.
- Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Small curds will begin to form when the acidity from the lemon juice reacts with a base like milk. Once the curds start to increase in amount in the Pyrex Cup, it is ready to be used in your recipe.
