Scully’s Pizza
A pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, and mushrooms? What’s not to love? If you don’t like those pizza topping options, feel free to change them to your preference. But this one is for Scully. Alison (from Alison’s Wonderland Recipes) shares with us her Scully inspired pizza recipe here!
Sidenote: This recipe uses pre-made dough. If you’d like to make everything completely from scratch, feel free to use your favourite pizza dough recipe.

Scully’s Homemade Yogurt with Bee Pollen
This recipe is for those whom are interested in a healthier treat. Even this Nerdie Foodie had to look up whether or not you can actually eat bee pollen. Turns out you can and can be found in health food stores. This is another creative recipe from Alison, but please read the note below to be safe. Check out her homemade recipe here!

Nonfat Tofutti Rice Dreamsicle
You’re probably thinking “what in the world?”. I thought the same thing too. But after reading The Geeky Chef’s post about this non-fat tofu ice cream can’t actually be non-fat since tofu has fat content in it, this vegan ice cream mixture got my curiosity peaked. As The Geeky Chef mentions in her post, this recipe works better with an ice cream machine if you have one at home, otherwise it might not turn out as smooth. Check out the recipe here!
