Nerdie Foodie: Fall Season Edition

How are things going this week Nerdie Foodies?? Fall has arrived and that means colder weather, the leaves are changing, and the pumpkins, apples, cider, and butterbeer are coming out in full force. Let’s go and greet Fall with open arms!

Butterbeer

Thanks to the Harry Potter series, Butterbeer has become synonymous with Fall and Winter alike. It brings a certain warmth to the room. So how about pancakes? Nothing like yummy pancakes to start the morning, and butterbeer pancakes no less! Rebecca from Sugar & Soul shares her recipe here!

Apples

I love a good apple cider, and this next recipe is definitely one for the adults thanks to Country Living! Check out the recipe below! PS – A good old fashioned non-alcoholic apple cider is also just as good.

And of course, we can’t have apples without thinking of Snow White. Camille, Kristen, Elyse, Steph, Lauren, and Kendra are all sisters from Six Sisters’ Stuff. They have a very creative recipe for candied apples. Check out the recipe here! And even better, it is a kid-friendly recipe that they can help make!
